I heard about this bread awhile ago and have been meaning to make it for ages... Then had to post about it, its SO GOOD!!!
Super simple and quick to make, gluten free, and made with 100% whole grains - it's packed with fibre, vitamins, minerals and healthy fats
Perfect if you like bread but are trying to cut down on refined carbs or gluten for whatever reason
It only takes 5 min of hands on time, and lasts in the fridge for ages!!
Top it with whatever healthy topping takes your fancy - avocado, nut butter, hummus, pesto or eggs are all amazing... It's a great way to boost your fibre and feed those gut bacteria!!
Plus the seeds and whole grains help stabilise blood sugar and keep energy end concentration levels up for hours
